Logitech Squeezebox Boom Review: This Little Gadget Will Blow Your Mind

When it comes to WiFi radios there is few companies that do it better than Logitech. Seriously, I have owned other web radios & they don't even come close. Everything from the sound quality to the great connectivity, the Logitech Squeezebox is a clear winner, & the best part is that it won't break the bank. I don't write reviews much, but this company has improved my quality of life in plenty of different ways, so I figure I'll give credit where credit is due & write a fast Logitech Squeezebox Boom review.

The Squeezebox Boom has the connectivity that most laptops dream of. This small radio connects better than my thousand dollar laptop computer computer computer computer computer any day of the week. This didn't come as much as a surprise to me because I do know that when Logitech makes a product, they have an inclination do it better than somebody else.

Let us start with the most important thing when it comes to WiFi radios, & that is connectivity. In the event you cannot connect with the net or your home WiFi network then you don't have any music to play. Without music then sound quality much becomes obsolete.

The next key feature against which any WiFi radio must be evaluated is overall sound quality. Any review would not be complete without a few critiques. The only thing I have a gripe with is that the Squeezebox boom has to be plugged in to the wall. From that point of view it is not as transportable as it might have been. I guess the power consumption of the unit was much for a battery only powered unit. Overall the Logitech Squeezebox Boom is a great WiFi radio & may even fine-tune the way you listen to radio forever.
